That post took ages! I would really love #PeerTube to have a feature for posting clip+comment as a reply. So I could;
* Enter a start time and end time (or even better, using a visual selector on the video timeline)
* Enter my comment
* Enter my fediverse address. Either using the familiar WebFinger handle; @me@social.service, or URL that handle points to (the Actor ID in the ActivityPub spec)
* Click Reply
* PT sends that to the server hosting my account, which asks my permission to post it as me
